Admin Dashboard & Release Notes

The new dashboard for administrators is now available. Now, when entering the admin area, you directly have a full view about the most important things for your platform. We added a new view for the latest changes in LoftOS, a section to complete your platform to reach full potential and important KPIs and informations directly at your glance.
Video Templates for Pages

For our pages module, we added four new video templates. Those templates can now be used to directly include videos on your page.

Legal Update: Legal Notice and Terms
Release Date: September 11, 2023
In the general settings in your admin area, you now have the possibility to set your own legal notice and enduser agreements. We also prepared a template that can be used to get started for the enduser agreements.
Admin Management
Release Date: August 28, 2023
The management of administrators can now be done directly in the admin area. To add or remove an administrator, just go to your subscription overview in the admin area and click on "Manage Admins".
Note: Depending on your subscription, the number of administrators that can be added may vary.
Section visibility by package
Release Date: August 28, 2023
With this release we enabled the possibility to toggle the visibility for sections. This can be done in two different ways:
- You want to limit, who can see the content of a section. This can be useful when you for example have a "premium" package where you want to bring in extra information to entries.
- You want to limit, who can add content to a section. If you want to for example have "premium" profiles that have the possibility to bring in more content to express themselves.
Both limitations are directly connected to the selected packages. You can do that by selecting the section of your type that you want to limit and then choose the related packages.

Evaluation Scoring in Pipelines
Release Date: August 28, 2023
In our Pipelines module we extended the evaluation feature to add a scoring as well as a multiplication factor. This means, that questions in multiple or single choice can now have a dedicated score. Depending on the answers to that evaluation, the score will be directly visible in the cards.

Dynamic Elements & Hiding Objects in Pages
Release Date: August 28, 2023
One of the most requested features in pages was a better flexibility for the templates. With this release, it is now possible to set a custom amount of elements like cards, logos, FAQs and more. Simply select the template you want to modify and add new elements.
Additionally, we also added the option to hide & show certain parts of a template. If you for example do not want to include the button in a template, you can now do that with a single click.
