Within the profile settings, users can efficiently manage essential account details, including password change, e-mail address change, language preferences, and personalized notification settings for both email and the platform. Users also have the flexibility to reassign themselves to an alternative organization or choose to delete their account entirely.
To customize your settings, navigate to the menu at the top right corner where your profile picture is visible, and click “Settings”. Within this section, you can explore a range of options, including updating your profile, assigning yourself to an organization, accepting invitations to different modules, managing communities, handling your watchlist, and, under settings, adding your preferred e-mail address, updating your password, and managing notification preferences.
You can delete your account in the Settings. To do so, open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Settings”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and either select “Change your organization” or select “Delete” the account.
Requests, offers and other platform content can be transferred to a colleague beforehand. In case you are leaving the company, it is possible to change your e-mail and organization in the account settings without deleting your account.
The password can be changed in the settings. Open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Settings” and add a “New password”.
The e-mail address can be changed in the Settings. To do so, open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Settings”. First, add the preferred e-mail address and then delete the existing e-mail address.
Next to your profile picture, select from the toggle either DE, EN, or FR as your site language.
Open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Settings”. Select the frequency of how you want to receive notifications from the dropdown menu, either daily, weekly, or never.
You can manage your invitations in the invitation center. To do so, open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Invitation Center”. You will find sent and received invitations for the different modules.
You can delete your account in the Settings. Please be aware that this cannot be undone. To do so, open the navigation on the top right corner where your profile picture is and click “Settings”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and either select “Change your organization” or select “Delete” account.

Please assign yourself to an organization to access all platform content. The platform is limited to business users only. To do so, click "Assign to organization" and follow the process.

To unsubscribe from newsletters, navigate to “Settings”, scroll down to “Notifications”, find “Newsletter”, and move the toggle to disable.
