💡 Introduction

Each LoftOS platform incorporates a login and authentication system. Platform administrators can set various access modes tailored to their specific requirements.

These options encompass:

  • Free access for all users.
  • Access restricted solely to users affiliated with recognized organizations.
  • Access granted post-confirmation by a designated platform administrator.
  • Moreover, platform administrators retain the autonomy to determine whether the platform exclusively caters to users associated with organizations. Users can be automatically assigned to organizations based on their business e-mail addresses (e.g., employee@company.com).

    New users have the option to register using their LinkedIn or Google accounts and can request to be assigned to a specific organization. Subsequently, organization administrators are tasked with validating these requests. Furthermore, this account system functions as a unified sign-on mechanism across various platforms within the Innoloft Ecosystem.

    Register to the Platform

  • Begin by creating your profile. Simply enter your last name, provide an e-mail address, and set a password.
  • Once you have completed the registration form, check your e-mail inbox for a confirmation e-mail. Click on the confirmation link within the e-mail to complete the registration process.
  • To maximize your experience on the platform, remember to assign yourself to your organization.
  • Assign to Organization

    Below your profile picture is the "Assign to an organization" button. If your e-mail domain corresponds with that of any existing organization, those organizations will be listed for you to join. To affiliate yourself with the correct organization, click on its name and confirm your selection. You will then be successfully linked to your desired organization.

    Create a new Organization

    If you cannot find the organization you want to assign yourself to, select the "+ Create organization" option.

  • Enter the Company Name: and click "next."
  • Specify Organization Type: Choose the appropriate organization type and then the sub-type.
  • Address Verification: You will be shown a suggested address. If it is incorrect, click "change address" to enter the correct details.
  • E-mail Address Confirmation: A general e-mail address for the company will be suggested. If it needs to be corrected, select "change e-mail".
  • Description: A brief description of your company will appear next. If it represents your company, proceed; otherwise, select "change description" to edit it.
  • Finalize: Confirm the details are correct and then link the new organization to your user profile by clicking "finish."
  • These steps will ensure you can accurately create and affiliate yourself with the correct organization.

    Verification of Profile

    Verification can be completed in one of two ways:

  • Automatic Approval
  • The platform automatically verifies your affiliation by checking if your e-mail domain matches the company's registered e-mail domain. If there's a match, you are instantly verified.
  • Administrator Approval
  • This method involves sending a verification request via e-mail to all registered users of your company. Once an existing member confirms your association with the company, you will be approved to join.
  • Both methods are designed to ensure that only legitimate company members can access and manage the organization's profile.
